Any defects must be reported immediately to Visions Blinds, Shades & Shutters. We will then return the product back to the manufacturer to determine if the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item is no longer under warranty the manufacture will advise us of the options and the cost.

Warranty Information
Blinds, Shades, Shutters and Motors
Maxxmar offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on residential blinds and shades with normal use for 5 years. Any soiling, scratching and normal fading is not covered. Commercial blinds are covered for a period of 1 year.
Vinyl Shutters have a 25-year limited warranty on material defects. Register your warranty online with Maxxmar within 30 days of the completed installation. Maxxmar may repair/replace all or any part of the shutter, they believe to be defective under normal wear and tear.
Wood Shutters have a 25 year warranty, against defects in materials. You must register online within 30 days of the completed installation. The owner of the shutters must notify Visions Blinds, Shades and Shutters within 30 days after the defect appears. You mind find the Shutter registration here
Warranties are non-transferable.
Motorization Warranty
Maxxmar offers a 5 year Limited Warranty on all motors and controls under normal use.
